Dr. Lake is a board-certified otolaryngologist with special interests in sinus surgery and pediatric ear, nose, and throat surgery. He performed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alabama. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology -Head & Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia.

I love Dr. Lake. He helped me by putting tubes in my ears at the age of 60. I love his friendly staff and his office is so organized. My appointments are always on time and I don’t have to wait for him to see me. He quickly treats me and I’m out of his office in no time. I love that he does not leave you sitting and waiting on him forever like most doctors do. He is a wonderful Doctor.

I really appreciated Dr. Lake’s swift action when it came to my recent choking issues. He didn’t waste any time getting me in for a scope and barium swallow test. Furthermore, his staff is absolutely great, and they spent a lot of time getting to know my history and helping me understand my procedures and how to handle future choking attacks. Everyone in this office really knows their stuff.

Dr Lake is a very caring and understanding doctor. He listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice for your care. He performed Nasal surgery on me and explained the procedure, and what to expect after surgery. The surgery went perfect and there was virtually no pain after. Dr. Lake is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick while making sure you get seen properly. After getting sinus surgery, he took time to personally call my mom and update her while she was back home in Pennsylvania. Tuscaloosa ENT has amazing office staff and they are all so kind and understanding. I love this practice!
