A nasal spray may be recommended to reduce inflammation. Patients may have their nose lightly packed with absorbable gelatin to absorb any drainage.

A follow-up visit to the surgeon will be necessary after three weeks to remove any dried blood and mucus that has accumulated. You will be given specific recovery instructions by your ENT physician to ensure optimal recovery.
