Dr Loftin and his staff are very courteous and punctual with the patient process. Their staff handles patients in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Dr Loftin and staff to anyone that is looking for an ENT.

We had a great experience. We were in-and-out pretty quickly and the staff as well as Dr. Loftin were very patient with my two-year-old.

Called ahead to let them know I’d be a few minutes late. When I arrived, I filled out paperwork and had my temperature checked & within five minutes was taken back by a nurse. After a 10-minute consult with the nurse, Dr.Loftin came in and did his own consult/evaluation of my nose and throat. We talked for a few minutes about my options for surgery, etc, and then I scheduled my pre-op visit, surgery, and post-op visit & was on my way! Great people and super efficient!

Dr Lake is a very caring and understanding doctor. He listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice for your care. He performed Nasal surgery on me and explained the procedure, and what to expect after surgery. The surgery went perfect and there was virtually no pain after. I had been having sinus problems for years but the horror stories I read and heard kept me from getting help. Dr. Lake helped me to overcome my fears. I am so thankful to God for Dr. Lake and his knowledge and skill.

Been going here for my daughter for about eleven years. Dr. Stephenson is fantastic. Very pleasant and nice and very thorough. We also get her weekly allergy shots here as well. Dr. Stepheson tested her a few years ago because she was always sick. Shots are definitely helping. Tuscaloosa ENT always gets her fixed up and back on her feet. Very thankful for this great group of doctors and nurses.

This doctor was extremely professional. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he also had a great attitude and bedside manner. We felt he was genuinely concerned and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. He and his staff were very efficient and gentle. We have been seeing Dr. Rosensteil for approximately 8 years now. He is by far the best doctor we have ever used. The staff are nice and helpful. The office is clean. We are typically in and out within a reasonable time. Dr. Rosensteil is very thorough, caring and friendly. He has removed my youngest daughters tonsils and adenoids and my oldest daughter has had several sets of tubes put in her ears along with adenoids partially shaved down. I have said many times I wished he could be our doctor for everything.

Dr. Rosenstiel is a miracle worker. He always helps me feel better quickly and has given me a new life without as many allergy issues. I only wish that he was a general practitioner so that I could see him for all needs! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rosenstiel or any of his associates. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.
