Tuscaloosa ENT is the only ENT office open on Friday afternoons in the area. We also offer lunch hour appointments.

Sometimes “old fashioned” is good. Yesterday, I came to the Tuscaloosa Ear, Nose, and Throat Center because of a bad case of laryngitis that just wasn’t going away. From the time I entered, I was impressed with everyone who helped me. The wait was not long, I was told everything that was happening along the way, and the conversations I had with the nurse, the scope technician, and Dr. Shotts were warm, friendly, and quite informative. It kind of felt like an “old fashioned” doctor’s office where time is taken to get to know patients and to ask and answer questions. Dr. Shotts made sure I saw the sinus X-rays and throat scope video, and he thoroughly explained what we saw and what was indicated.
